Karina Singh is the Director for Transformation at HM Land Registry and the Senior Project Delivery Diversity and Inclusion Champion. In this personal account, Karina discusses her heritage and how project delivery runs in the family. This blog is part of the project delivery profession’s Role Models campaign, which aims to showcase diversity within the project community to create an inclusive culture where people across all backgrounds can reach their potential and progress into senior leaders.
As things get to a more even keel in the ‘new normal’ phase, this is our opportunity to bring thinking about diversity and inclusion more to the fore. Not instead of, but alongside our day to day work.
On International Women’s Day, it is an opportunity for us to celebrate how far we’ve come in terms of gender equality and reflect on how much further we have to go. This is why we are today launching the Project Delivery Profession’s diversity and inclusion taskforce.
